Have you lost a loved one and find yourself struggling with the thought of the upcoming Christmas season? Are you trying to figure out how you can cope?
Christmas is an especially difficult season for anyone grieving the loss of a loved one. For many, this will be complicated even further when the loss occurred during the COVID-19 shut down.
Each year, the Family Ministry office of the Hamilton Diocese offers a program for those who are grieving at Christmas titled, Coping with the Holidays. Christmas is a difficult time for people who have lost a loved one during the year and we often we have people who are still looking for support many years after the loss of a loved one, so anyone is welcome.
With COVID restrictions in place, they are offering this support via a Zoom webinar this year on Monday, November 30th at 7 P.M. Registration is available at https://hamiltondiocese.com/offices/family-ministry/grief-support/coping-with-the-holidays
